When we first met, FLVC already had a 3-year strategic plan written for their business. We started from that document and brainstormed tactics for enabling the website to meet their strategic goals. We delivered a website strategy document and a diagram of the new site architecture that became the roadmap for the rest of project.

NARROWING RESULTS

The FLVC website has hundreds of pages of information about things to do, places to stay and places to eat in Ontario County. We built a filtering system that lets visitors cut through the clutter and get right to the things that interest them most.

HITTING THE ROAD

After making it simple to find items of interest, we also made it easy to hit the road. The trip planner feature puts everything – including notes you add yourself – in one convenient document you can share or print.

INSIDERSTIPS

The FLVC staff wanted a way to share their knowledge of the region. We gave them an Insiders' Diaries blog and a way to effortlessly cross-link every blog article to multiple other pages on the site. They can even add Insider Tips that show up when special items are added to the Trip Planner.
